I’m so close to completing a consistency challenge on Instagram where I post once a day for one month. At first thought, it sounds like a very daunting, time consuming challenge. It wasn’t always easy but I adopted some tricks to make the process smooth and efficient. Read on for how to stay consistent on Instagram.

Create batch content
What does this mean? It means create a bunch of content in one setting. I’ve deemed Sunday as my day to create. Sometimes I will have something going on and will have to switch up the day but I know that Sunday is typically the day I can take multiple photos in multiple looks.
Reuse content
This is one I need to work on more but look at your analytics. Is there something you posted that did extremely well? Figure out ways to repurpose and reuse that content. Chances are, it did well because your audience loved it and they want to see more of it.
Stay consistent, write down your ideas
When you get an idea, jot it down. Don’t wait! I do some of my best thinking in the shower and early in the morning. I’m constantly emailing myself ideas that I later used for content.
Write your captions ahead of time

This is my absolute favorite tip. I’ve saved so much time writing out captions ahead of time. Admittedly, some are rushed but I’ve noticed the captions I take my time on get the best engagement. Keep a notes section on your phone or if you have an iPhone, there’s a feature where you can swipe up on a photo and create your caption. Game changer!
Create a content calendar
I use my Lovet Agency planner to physically write out what I plan to post. I’ve also created content calendars and used scheduling apps like Later. This keeps me on track so I never miss a day and I always know what’s coming next.

Staying consistent on Instagram isn’t always easy but we know that consistency is absolutely key! Hopefully these tips can help you like they helped me. Happy consistency! 😄
