Cucumbers are Good for You
When life happens, sometimes you have to change your diet. Between a pandemic, not being able to go to the gym and just life in general, I’ve discovered an easy and tasty way to burn fat and that’s with….CUCUMBERS!
As you may have seen from my Instagram, I was working out pretty regularly but life happened. Now I’m no doctor or health professional and I don’t condone completely cutting frequent exercising, but consuming cucumbers has really helped me maintain and not gain while I’ve been away from the gym.
For the past few weeks, I have drank what me and a fabulous little three-year-old call, Unicorn Juice, either before bed, in the morning, or sometimes both.

Blend cucumbers and the above ingredients together and enjoy. I have certainly noticed a difference since enjoying my fat burning Unicorn Juice. The days I drink it, my tummy is a little flatter, my skin is clearer, and I just feel healthier overall drinking it. Here’s a tip: incorporate cucumbers into your diet in other ways too. Snack on cucumbers and hummus during the day instead of a bag of chips or add cucumbers as a garnish on your salad. It’s been a delightful and nutritious addiction to my meals.

- Promotes hydration
- May aide in weight loss
- Helps with regularity
- May lower blood sugar
- Helps with inflammation and blood clotting (this did drastically change the first two days of my cycle)
